Setup Work E-mail for JobBOSS²
JobBOSS is a manufacturing software for small to mid-sized job shops, helping manage quoting, orders, scheduling, inventory, and shop floor operations. It streamlines workflows and integrates with accounting systems to improve productivity and decision-making.
To setup your work e-mail in JobBOSS, follow these steps:
- Open a web browser (Microsoft Edge) and navigate to: ECI JobBOSS² (mye2shop.com)
- In the sign-in fields, enter your UserID and password.

A prompt will pop up, select Main:

Navigate to the top right corner and click on Welcome, YourUserName. Next, click on Change Password:

Upon loading the Change Password page, to the right of the "Change JobBOSS² Password" box you'll see the prompt "Select Which Password To Change"

Select Outgoing Email Password. The box on the left should now be replaced by "Outgoing Email."

Sign-in with your work e-mail account.
