Printer Renaming | "Printer has been deleted" error

IT will be renaming printers to follow standard facility acronyms. If you receive an error such as "printer has been deleted", it likely means the printer was renamed.

To resolve this:

Go to Z:\Install\Network Printers\Renamed Printer List.xlsx
Find the old printer name and match it to the new one
Go to Z:\Install\Network Printers\, open the correct location folder, and double-click the new printer name to re-add it
